Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
To begin your journey with Applicant Mortgage Brokers, please contact us in the first instance so that we can arrange your Applicant Welcome Appointment, and to discuss the minimum documents that you will need to provide in order to make an application with a lender.
During the Welcome Appointment you will be required to provide us with key information and figures that will determine how we can help you, and the extent of the research required to place your mortgage.
We will then be in a position to confirm our fee with you and outline the process through to completion.
A solicitor will act on your behalf during the application process and also carry out some work for the lender. Sometimes the lender will supply you with one of their chosen solicitors, but when they do not we can provide quotes and contact details for firms that we have worked with in the past.
When it comes to surveys you will have different options, such as a Basic Valuation, a Home Buyers Report and a Full Structural Survey. Once again, we can provide quotes from surveyors who are independent of the lender themselves.
