A solicitor will act on your behalf during the application process and also carry out some work for the lender. Sometimes the lender will supply you with one of their chosen solicitors, but when they do not we can provide quotes and contact details for firms that we have worked with in the past.
When it comes to surveys you will have different options, such as a Basic Valuation, a Home Buyers Report and a Full Structural Survey. Once again, we can provide quotes from surveyors who are independent of the lender themselves.
